This place needs either more staff or better staff or maybe shut it down drive they say at a standstill for 25 min while told by a staff member that they are busy with inside customers and they don’t have enough staff. I left so didn’t many other ppl

You will be waiting half an hour for single items. Don’t bother.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. They Constantly undercook my food and then throw a fit when asked to fix it they are completely unprofessional and need to do better. Always soggy food +cold

This has happened not once but more than 5 times. I have gone into the drive-thru and there was maybe four five cars. It took 20 minutes to get through those couple cars and when they took my order they gave me the total and when I got to the window 20 minutes later they said that they don't have what I wanted. So they make me wait the whole 20 minutes just to go through that line to tell me that they didn't have that. I've gone in a couple times and the service isn't any better there's so many staff in there and half of them don't even know what they're doing. Like the all be asking for questions and I asked for a specific drink and they completely butchered it every single time I've ordered it and every time they'd make a different. I recommend the farmingdale one.

Terrible service. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes and both boys working never even acknowledged me. The “manager” did not acknowledge me either. Instead of taking my order, she began texting on her phone. In addition to poor service, the restaurant was filthy. I took my business elsewhere.

To start, I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts years ago. I order from the drive through a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and specifically ask for extra cream cheese on the bagel. I drive all the way home and open up my bagel to see quite literally almost no cream cheese on my bagel. At this point, I’m upset because you pay alot of money for a bagel and also pay an extra additional fee for the extra cream cheese. I go back to Dunkin to hopefully either get my bagel remade or get a refund. I go to the counter and show them my bagel and say “This isn’t even a regular amount of cream cheese, let alone extra.” And one of the woman working looks at the bagel and goes “that is actually a regular amount of cream cheese, but I’ll make you a new one.” I was actually appalled because when I tell you that there was literally no cream cheese on this bagel, there was practically nothing. I wish I had taken a picture of what the bagel looked like. I used to work at Dunkin Donuts, and the amount of cream cheese they consider to be “regular” now is not even worth the inflationary ridiculous prices they expect you to pay for what was once cheap inexpensive “fast food.” This has actually happened to me a couple times now with this Dunkin Donuts and having to go back in and remake the food for me which should’ve been done correctly the first time is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not fast food if I have to constantly go back inside and have them redo it. It’s a waste of my time and money, and yours to whoever reads this. I do not typically complain about food/service or even write reviews for that matter. However, with this occurring on numerous occasions i think it’s necessary. Also the bagels that are advertised on the menu and on commercials look full of cream cheese. You need to serve what you advertise. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing bagels from Dunkin anymore.

The food is ok when they have it, the a handful of times I visited this location they are always out of something no matter the time of day. The staff always seems overwhelmed and annoyed. No one greets you when you come in or lets you know it'll be a minute to wait. Instead, they just awkwardly stare at you until they ring your order in.

This place is filthy. I understand a busy day mess but this is well beyond that. I ordered a cold brew and it was poured out of a rubbermaid container and not one of the taps on the counter. Tastes nothing like the cold brew I normally get. It was undrinkable.

Line is 10 cars deep. Wait time is 12 to 20 minutes. Daily. Servers are rude and don't seem to care how long it takes at all. Disappointing when u can't get a coffee before work. Ever. Lame.
