I had come here to order a breakfast sandwich and a donut and I was waiting 5 mins at the register to tell them my order and no employee made any acknowledgement that I was there until 7 mjns later

Never come here for food you expect to be cooked at the site. They can't tell one type of meat from the next and they can't even toast bread properly, its either soft or burned. Better come here for coffee and donuts or nothing, but I myself am never coming back to this location.

Ordered lite ice came 3/4 full asked about it that said that's how it comes. Its the only store around that does this, if you order no ice, does it come 1/4 full? I'm paying $6 for a cup of coffee not a cup of ice! The is an easy fix, the are enough competitors in the rural area now. I just need to convince the wife to switch now and put this company out of our sight.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, got a bacon no egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Sorry to whoever got my sandwich, only possible explanation for a mess up this bad. Also got handed a coffee that I didn’t order when I first pulled up. Not much leadership or organization I’d say..

I arrived in for my classic; everything bagel with cream cheese and was APPALLED when the lady taking my order (Raven) had a stern tone and didn't seem welcoming at all, I decided to let bygones be bygones and eat my bagel in my car but then I realized they gave me a plain bagel instead! Mistakes happen, but with that and the arrogant worker I was fed up! Still liked the food though

You will be waiting half an hour for single items. Don’t bother.
If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. They Constantly undercook my food and then throw a fit when asked to fix it they are completely unprofessional and need to do better. Always soggy food +cold
All the staff was fighting and I got wrong sandwich wrong drink
Restaurantji Recommends
Drive to a different one
Store was dirty behind the counter floor in lobby nasty.
This has happened not once but more than 5 times. I have gone into the drive-thru and there was maybe four five cars. It took 20 minutes to get through those couple cars and when they took my order they gave me the total and when I got to the window 20 minutes later they said that they don't have what I wanted. So they make me wait the whole 20 minutes just to go through that line to tell me that they didn't have that. I've gone in a couple times and the service isn't any better there's so many staff in there and half of them don't even know what they're doing. Like the all be asking for questions and I asked for a specific drink and they completely butchered it every single time I've ordered it and every time they'd make a different. I recommend the farmingdale one.
Terrible service. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes and both boys working never even acknowledged me. The “manager” did not acknowledge me either. Instead of taking my order, she began texting on her phone. In addition to poor service, the restaurant was filthy. I took my business elsewhere.
To start, I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts years ago. I order from the drive through a plain bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and specifically ask for extra cream cheese on the bagel. I drive all the way home and open up my bagel to see quite literally almost no cream cheese on my bagel. At this point, I’m upset because you pay alot of money for a bagel and also pay an extra additional fee for the extra cream cheese. I go back to Dunkin to hopefully either get my bagel remade or get a refund. I go to the counter and show them my bagel and say “This isn’t even a regular amount of cream cheese, let alone extra.” And one of the woman working looks at the bagel and goes “that is actually a regular amount of cream cheese, but I’ll make you a new one.” I was actually appalled because when I tell you that there was literally no cream cheese on this bagel, there was practically nothing. I wish I had taken a picture of what the bagel looked like. I used to work at Dunkin Donuts, and the amount of cream cheese they consider to be “regular” now is not even worth the inflationary ridiculous prices they expect you to pay for what was once cheap inexpensive “fast food.” This has actually happened to me a couple times now with this Dunkin Donuts and having to go back in and remake the food for me which should’ve been done correctly the first time is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not fast food if I have to constantly go back inside and have them redo it. It’s a waste of my time and money, and yours to whoever reads this. I do not typically complain about food/service or even write reviews for that matter. However, with this occurring on numerous occasions i think it’s necessary. Also the bagels that are advertised on the menu and on commercials look full of cream cheese. You need to serve what you advertise. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing bagels from Dunkin anymore.
