Lisa's Legit Burritos - GARDINER

I just walked in to order and the supposed owner just over ran me while I was trying to order food. A co-worker and friend were with me and she says he was sarcastic, talking over me, he would not take my order and every-time I spoke he snapped back at me with a rude response. I am now at IGA to get food because someone in customer service should not treat someone like I was treated. We wound up spending nothing. I tried to place my order and the next thing I know he is walking away. I had covered my eyes because he was coming at me verbally insulting me. I do not understand and I do not need to. To go eat it should be able to go in order and eat not be humiliated and excused like trash.

I just got your response, first of all I was wiping fingerprints as I thought maybe my friend and I would have to enter our order, secondly my friend that was with me came because I have been telling her of another place, thirdly I answered not only that I was ordering and a camera without voice is just that. You saying I was having an issue is just how you want to play this is fine.

The burritos we had were mediocre and blah. Hardly legit. The main ingredient was abundance of a tasteless white rice instant rice, the beans were not seasoned, there was no cheese (do you have to ask for cheese on a burrito?). All in all, it was meh. I would have enjoyed a microwaved Amy's burrito more.

Great little place

Awesome vegan options! Customer service is great! The employees are always cheerful and joking. They messed up my order once and put chicken on my food, but remade it and gave me a side of guac for free which is always a bonus! 10/10. I prefer this location compared to the Augusta location. Augusta always seems packed and the customer service is not as good. Plus Augusta has messed up my food multiple times which seems to be a common theme there compared to Gardiner for whatever reason.

Good tasty burritos, bowls, and quesadillas. Quick service. Short walking distance from the waterfront park with plenty of parking.

We were driving through and stopped at this local version of chipotle. It was great food - the sweet potato burrito was perfection!

Very friendly! I used to go when I was very little with my dad, seeing the family atmosphere hasn't changed made me happy. Highly recommend to pop in and chow down!

I do not understand why Mexican restaurants don’t make the small effort to include vegan options but Lisa’s makes the effort. Fabulous burritos!

Taco Bell has more "legit" burritos then this place. It's mostly rice and beans with a bit of flavorless meat in the burrito. For the price it costs, I wouldn't recommend it.

Edit: The owner reached out to me to discuss this issue and find a resolution. I was impressed by her professionalism and concern for the quality of the food. Mistakes do happen, and we are open to giving this location another try in the future.

My husband and I went here for lunch today, and we were very disappointed. I got a veggie burrito. The burrito itself was ice cold as they did not even warm the tortilla. I asked for extra lettuce and cheese, and they put hardly any. They completely drenched the burrito is salsa and one side was all rice and the other side all toppings. I didn’t have time to request it be remade so I ended up throwing most of it away.
