so i was driving in the drive through at McDonald’s in Gardner Maine and I did my order and I drove up to the window to grab my food and pay and this young lady I guess her name is Grace. Matthew threw the bag of food at my face and slammed the window. That is not good customer service at all and i told the manager about it but they didn’t really act like they cared i will never be going back there for that kind of service every again

The night shift supervisor, shift leads, not sure what position both the females actually hold, but by golly, they are both extremely rude! Either one of them smile, always talk down to me, my teenagers, there friends, and other's I know same the same, and have never had good experiences with either of those 2 working! I could give instances, n explain atleast 4-5 times of them being rude! One tried to say we were but NEVER WOULD WE, WITH PEOPLE MAKING OUR FOOD!
Great staff and always willing to deal with my annoying orders. Food is solid enough.

Food is always cold and stale. Orders are always messed up. Tonight I ordered 3 Dr peppers and 1 root beer. I asked which was the root beer because they didn't mark them. The girl and the manager both told me they never know what the sodas are. The machine just shoots them out. So what if my husband was getting one which would have to be diet because he is diabetic.

Ordered a Big Mac no onion got a bun and patties. How do you see something that says no onion and put nothing on the burger? No Mac sauce lettuce pickles. Just bun and meat. Absolutely Absurd.

I don’t like to complain and I never really have but after the millionth time of missing condiments even condiments that are supposed to come on certain items, missing items from my order, never being able to get a drink from the drink fountain without it being out of syrup and tasting gross, only getting one pickle maybe two when I ask for extra (my only request on anything), questionable quality at times… I can’t really defend it anymore. It’s ridiculous. Which Is unfortunate cause it’s all we really have nearby for last minute fast food really.
