Very rude and don’t know how to do there job they let there workers though food at customers and get away with it that is not how customer service works and the workers need to get talking to

the workers literally throw food at you if they don't like you its utterly disgusting. and then when you retaliate they get trespassing things against you? make this make sense. what type of business is this. your a multi-billion dollar company and you cant afford firing shitty workers? it doesn't matter if you don't like somebody you don't throw food that THEY paid for at them through the drive threw window. somebody should get their employees checked out.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had getting McDonald's breakfast I went back and they still messed it up I told him exactly why I needed and they still found a way to mess it up If you end up being up early enough to go get breakfast go somewhere else

No I was just told by someone wearing a nice pretty gray vest in your McDonald's that you guys aren't responsible for your parking lot and what people do with it when I requested that someone in uniform do something about a white pedal van with a gentleman with a white pedal van parked in no parking and called me racist because I was white call claim you have no nothing rights over your own property and say whether someone who's conducting himself in such a negative manner and using his black card to call white people racist because he told him that he was doing something wrong can't be there which is a bald-faced lie and I will be calling corporate

The atmosphere sucks
The workers are so rude a few of them said use the machine that what it for so rude and the place was so dirty bathrooms and I saw a mouse run out of there

Every time I go through the drive-through, I am told to go sit in the waiting spot. Very poor management and time management. I’ve never had this issue with any other McDonald’s.

They've gotten ridiculously expensive.
Surprise surprise another bad visit at the McDonald’s in gardiner, told to park 15 minutes ago by and tons of vehicles being parked and leaving with their orders before me even tho I ordered (15 minutes ago) I finally had enough and went inside. Just to to find out the cookies I used my code on that I won on the monopoly game were out of stock I said fine I’ll take the Mc flurry because the code says 2 free cookies or mini McFlurry the manager comes out and gives me attitude interrupts me while I’m trying to show and explain my coupon to her because she said I can just get a refund I tried saying I’ll take a mc flurry instead then, instead of letting me finish my sentence to explain that I cannot get a refund because it’s a CODE FROM MONOPOLY GAME that says I can have either or she rudely says no I cannot give you that because of the price difference I finally get to say if you let me finish my sentence you would know that it was a code that lets me pick from either one of those items. She then just tells WHATEVER WHAT FLAVOR, the customer behind me says wow how professional about her rude behavior. She needs to be talked to and maybe even retrained I don’t know how you let those kind of people be managers talk to everyday customers like this do better, if she doesn’t like her job she needs to find a better one rather than taking it out on other people
