If you want a real bagel, look no further. These babies are giant and absolutely delicious. I got the everything bagel and that thing was completely coated in their homemade seasoning. Plus she has like 4-5 different types of cream cheese. You really can’t get it better than that!

You need to try it for yourself! I will 100% be returning. Extremely local for us and in the one year Ruby's place has been open we have never made it over to check it out, we sure are glad that we did. Bagels, scones and more make this local shop a great place to grab some tasty treats!

April makes awesome bagels!! I can't believe it was only 3 bucks and change for a toasted cream cheese bagel....definitely need to charge more! It's more than worth it.

AMAZING FOOD!! Every. Single. Time.We either get a breakfast burrito, or a bagel sandwich. All made from scratch. The bagels are chewy, soft, and oh so scrumptious. Every sandwich is made to order, right in front of you. Meagan and April are super awesome Gals that are taking Gardner by storm with their amazing pastries, bagels, sandwiches, quiches, treats, cookies and more- can't forget their stellar personalities. Seriously, stop by and try it for yourself!

So happy to return to my hometown and discover these wonderful new local spots. I'm working my way through all the variety of scones that Ruby's bakes up. So far my two favorites are the chocolate banana and the blueberry. One of these days I'll arrive early enough to get some chocolate chip cookies before they sell out!

Do you like Everything Bagels with LOTS of seeds? I do! This could be the BEST Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagel That you will EVER have! IT IS FOR ME! So good and satisfying! I usually ask the egg to be a little runny, it is perfect! Right here is Gardiner, Maine? Yup!

Great Gluten Free muffinsEDIT: If you're one of the people rating this wonderful small business badly just because they're anti-vax, even though admitting that their products are superior to anything else, you dont deserve your first amendment right.This business is likely struggling right now due to the oppressive government restrictions put on them. So rating them one star over anything besides the quality of their products is not only unethical, but irresponsible and reckless. These people's livelihood, along with the health of our beautiful town of Gardiner, depend on us supporting one another.Incase you're wondering, I am fully vaccinated and will continue to recieve all of my vaccines. However, I due support anyone's right to NOT receive vaccines. Not very tolerant of people who likely claim to be very "tolerant". Grow up.

We went in this morning to buy here like we usually do, but noticed that there were several people packing bags of food with their masks lowered and no gloves. There was also a kid running around with no mask on at all.The pandemic isn't over, and we all know you didn't get your shot. Used to shop here often, never going back.
