I want to thank Faith for all the superior service she has given me. She goes above and beyond my expectations. She always get my sandwich and salad right (and I am picky!) I also want to say that I live in Augusta and travel to Gardiner Subway as they are so much better than the ones here in Augusta.

Best experience I’ve had at the Gardiner Subway, thanks to Aaron! I almost gave up on this location (due to bad past experiences there) but I was lucky enough to be served by him tonight, and he totally changed my mind. He was friendly, polite and went above and beyond to give my boyfriend and I a good experience and a great meal. Best subway sandwich I’ve ever had. We will continue visiting this location because of Aaron!

My husband and I stopped into this Subway after a long day of traveling. We hadn’t eaten at a Subway in nearly 10 years, so we were genuinely excited to give it another try—and we’re so glad we did! Our experience at this particular location was memorable for so many reasons.
First, the restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained, which we always appreciate. Even more impressive was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. One young man in particular (I wish I had caught his name) truly stood out. He was kind, patient, and extremely helpful—not only with customers like us, but also with a new colleague he was training. She mentioned it was only her third day, but she was doing a great job under his guidance.
This young man was especially impressive when helping an elderly gentleman behind us who was hard of hearing. He showed nothing but patience and compassion, never rushing or losing his friendly demeanor. Despite it being a very busy time (around 8 p.m. with a line out the door), he maintained a calm, courteous, and professional attitude the entire time.
Our food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We noticed several new menu options and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was. There was also plenty of seating available, which made our visit even more comfortable.
To the owner: The young man who helped us had short strawberry-blond hair and was working on Thursday, July 24th between 7–8 p.m. You are incredibly lucky to have him on your team. He’s a true asset to your restaurant—professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. Please recognize his outstanding work!

We went there around closing time and they really gave us very good service. The food was really amazing wherin the employees were very nice to us. We were having no options left being Pure Vegetarian and this subway was our last option for dinner after a long day trekking. Thank you so much.

The food at Subway was fresh and delicious, just the way I like it. The staff was polite, quick, and made my order perfectly. Great service and quality!
I had stopped going here due to service sucking and would not take coupons we had. What is the sense of printing coupons and mailing them to us if we cannot use them where we end up choosing to order from??? Anyway, we decided to give them another chance and they were kinda slow and realized the person on the cash that day was not helping the other gal making the subs...he musta been new not sure. This was last week. The girl was amazing tho. She was fast and courteous! We may go back if she is there still! She made our sandwiches great too!

Chain sandwich shop. No different in Maine than California
The guy Arron I think. The one with strawberry blond hair has made the best subway sandwich I've ever had. And he made the experience nice. Made some funny jokes and really went above and beyond to make the sandwich great. Will be returning and possibly making this my new sandwich shop never thought I would say that but good job guys
Service is extremely slow, and they do not accept any coupons, God forbid they actually allow me to save two dollars on one of their fake tuna fish subs!
I waited an hour for my food which I didn’t mind because I wasn’t busy but they felt bad and gave me free cookies so I’d say it’s pretty good
I am very disappointed in my sandwiches. I asked for extra lettuce, pickles and tomatoes and I got the bare minimum. I tipped because one time dd I didn't and it was like this. I rarely get take out so this was worth complaining about. The tip should be an "option" after you pick up your order and it is done properly. They are not serving you. I used to work at Subway and I never would have asked for a tip to do my job. No more tipping at Subway for me.
