4.5 stars.
Great little breakfast spot, I'm sure the other stuff is good too, but I was only visiting the area so I only got to stop once. Great coffee, very clean, and a delicious fresh bagel.

To this day the best bagels I’ve ever had. Fresh, cheap, and so yummy! Still on the hunt for a place like Nellie’s in our home state…

Excellent spot for breakfast. Super friendly and outgoing. Coffee was great as were their omelets and home fries. Cinnamon roll was outstanding.

The new woman helping out ruined our experience. No thank you nothing just grunts.
This has been on more than one occasion. Sad hopefully she tries a little harder.
Best burger I have ever had. (Smoky Maple bacon burger.) Very friendly staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere and great prices. Highly recommend!
Just took the family out to eat here for the first time. Everything from the service to the food was amazing! Highly recommend!
College cafeteria... they aren't affiliated but they are attached/building to UMAs satellite location. Nice people absolutely but food is just meh. It wasn't bad several of my coworkers had praise for it while we were there. I had a wrap and it wasn't anything great, I've gotten better meat at subway. But they prepared as asked which is why it's 3* something was off/different either in the pickles(asked for) or mustard that was sweetish.. another coworker has had a burger and said it was ok nothing special(fresh/frozen??). The salads are said to be good with fresh veggies! Price is very reasonable so if Togo or surroundings don't matter give it a shot!
Big fan of the breakfast, the homemade bagels are my favorite. Always friendly and quick.

We like Nellie's Kitchen's location in Hallowell, the service and variety of available food and drinks as well as the friendly, helpful staff.
Super weird vibes all around. This place has the charm of a hospital. The food was beyond bland, especially for the price. Not what we expected at all from the reviews.
I got the western omelette for breakfast. The toast that came with it was some of the best I've had! Definitely will be back.

I loved the campus setting this place is in(UMA). Hallowell is a hidden gem in Maine. I highly recommend this place. The food is good and reasonably priced. The owner is a wonderful lady!!
Vegetarian options: I had the Southwest salad with southwest ranch dressing!! No cheese ...lots of black beans. It was very good.

Went here based on reviews because Bintlifs was closed due to Veterans day. Arrived at1015 and asked for breakfast. You have to go to small counter to place order. Young girl was very pleasant. Unfortunately, everything declined from there. N homefries due to fryer shut down. No sweetness for coffee. Day old pastries at no discount. Coffee self serving with 3 decanter. Two of them emptied after 1 cup. We were told we could get 1 refill. Only bagel available was plain, yet many offered other days. Food was ok. Won't be back
