Multiple pieces of shell in the lobster roll. Would definitely have wanted a refund, but trying to reach these people is useless. Really, enough so that I might to see my dentist. Roll was hard and stale. The cod’s breading was absolutely flavorless. I understand that the American palate is regressing and the populace may be attracted to this fare, but come one, be better. If you are a “foodie” and enjoy depth or a robust flavor, steer clear of this place. Now, I have to give credit where it is due- the absolute highlight was the fires. Cooked perfectly and salted just right. Service was dreadfully slow, (2:30pm on a Tuesday), no cars in the drive-thru, took 22 minutes for a sandwich and roll. If owner reads this, it was order 187 on 3/4/25, see for yourself.

I found a chunk of plastic in my Jonah roll tonight. No way to call the store directly as there's no phone # listed on my receipt and the phone # listed online is disconnected. This is super gross

I ordered and it shipped when expected, but UPS did not deliver it until several days later. When order arrived it was melted and bad. I contacted the company via email. Within a couple hours a new shipment was sent followed up by an email from Danielle. I received my replacement within 24 hours of my email! Quality business with outstanding customer service. Will definitely be ordering again! 5 stars!

Great value for a delicious lobster roll. We will be back!

After just spending $40 plus dollars at Angies., for 2 small shrimp and 2 lobster rolls. I get home only to find no Lobster! Apparently now we are expected to check our order before we drive off. They won't have me drive all the way there anymore! I am seriously disappointed

I had the warm combo and a piece of fried lobster and both were excellent! I highly recommend.

This is my place of employment. This is not a restaurant! It is a wholesale (only) working fisherman's wharf! We are not open to the public. The people, location, and views are spectacular (hence the 5☆ rating), but again, not open to the public!! There was a restaurant there years ago, closed 10 plus years ago!

By far the tastiest skate in Town
