The lobster roll wasn’t impressive, but the clam chowder was outstanding and the scones were out of this world!!!! I’ve never had such scrumptious, & delicate scone! If we ever go back to Maine, Salt Cod Cafe will be my #1 destination.
We have been going to the Salt Cod for several years. You can't beat the strawberry rhubarb pie and the baked goods. This time we stopped for a quick sandwich on the way to cedar beach. The sandwiches took an exceptionally long time- seems that although we were before a lot of parties they got their food first. My husband ordered the lobster crunch roll and it was tiny for $29 and the bacon was the premade kind you get in a box. My crab roll was also tiny so it was a good thing...read full review
