lobster and crab roll were great, very fresh and light mayo. the fries were not worth it though; oily and soggy not crispy at all.
It was closed 😪
Great place to sit and enjoy fresh seafood. I had fried oysters and she had the Haddock. Everything was delicious including the Fries and Coleslaw!
We would have liked a little malt vinegar for the awesome fries. More shady seating options for those who are sensitive to the hot sun. I understand that 20 umbrellas or planting trees might askew the beautiful view. It is a perfect little outdoor dining spot, with decent prices. Places like this is why we love living so close to Harpswell. It’s a tasty gem, hidden among larger, fancy restaurants in the area.

We took our motorcycles out to dine here. Such a great evening. The food didn't take too long to be done, was brought out to us at the picnic table (they have many set up) and then we enjoyed our food. My friend and I had the scallops basket with onion rings. My husband had the fish and chips. Soooo good! I ate my left overs this afternoon cold and it was still delicious.
We highly recommend going here. Bring cash 💸 as it is cash only. Bring drinks or make sure you have cash for the soda machine as that is your only option. 😊

This is my favorite place in Maine. I drove up a couple of years ago to eat fresh lobster, but all the restaurants I tried were overpriced and not very fresh. I stumbled upon this place somewhere on the internet and took a massive detour just to try it out. Since then, I’ve been driving up 10 hours once a year to satisfy my lobster cravings.
The first time I visited, lobster was around 4 to 6 dollars per pound. It’s a bit more these days, which is expected with inflation, but it’s never overpriced. After trying almost everything on the menu, my favorite is the lobster roll. The bun is perfect, and the lobster filling is all about the lobster — nothing too heavy or distracting. I always end up eating at least three rolls before driving the 10 hours back home.
I hope I can come back again soon.

Ridiculous wait time. 45+ minutes to get haddock baskets. The food wasn’t even hot when it finally arrived at the table. Fish was overcooked and dry, no taste. Skinny french fries also cold.

Really underwhelming and pretty overpriced. Greasy without much flavor. Fried oysters weren’t crunchy at all (were probably sitting out for a while after being fried) and couldn’t taste the oyster. Clam chowder didn’t have much flavor and there were 2 clams in the whole bowl. French fries were soft little grease mops (again, not freshly fried). Lobster rolls were fine but very small and not worth $25. Honestly the best part was the cole slaw.
