The only thing better than Iris was her food!! What a wonderful gem of a lunch as we were leaving Baileys Island!! My wife and I had quinoa bowls that were incredibly tasty filled with healthy eats that had a wonderful variety of flavors and textures. We added pastrami for a bit of protein. Our friends had great sandwiches that were original and full of satisfying flavor. If around Bailey's Island, don't miss this great spot!!

Always serving fresh and delicious gourmet sandwiches! This is where the locals go when we are hungry. The team is small but mighty at getting it done. So glad we have them in Harpswell.

Went to Iris Eats for breakfast and all of us got a breakfast sandwich. The base sandwich came with 1 egg, cheese, and a special sauce but you had to pay for add one like protein and veggies. Food was good but not worth the price. You order at the counter and then go and sit down. There are some refrigerated beverages that you can pay for otherwise there is self-serve room temp water and coffee. We also found the parking confusing and limited.

Charming little sandwich shop in Harpswell with a small but balanced assortment of options for breakfast and lunch. Best of all, it's owned and run by enterprising young women who clearly enjoy their work and their customers. We'll be back - with more of our posse in tow! Thanks, ladies!

Support this local business! I was very pleased with my Blue Hill and heard only praise of this food from every patron we saw! Thank you so much!

Clean interior, decent seating, and overall charming presentation. Located close to the wharf. I ordered the "Blue Hill," this establishment's version of BLT. Fresh tomatoes and greens, lightly toasted sourdough, zesty chipotle sauce, nice crispy bacon. I appreciate the slightly healthier greens such as micros and arugala. All around tasty. Best regards — visitors from Texas.

LOVE this place! Look forward to going every time we're in Harpswell. The quality of the food (high quality bread, vibrant/fresh/diverse vegetables, creative/thoughtful recipes) has surprised me every time, and the atmosphere / folks are so nice. You can sit inside in the bright and clean dining area, or go out on the deck to eat while looking out over a shipyard and the water. They also have a nice selection of drinks in a refrigerator which are handy to grab and go, I love the oat milk latte. Today I had the Asian crunch salad (pictured) and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

It was a bad experience. I have never waited so long or paid so much for a salad. Seriously, if you charge 18.00 for a salad it needs to be an amazing salad. And people were waiting and waiting. I ordered and 4 orders went to people that came in after me. How long does it take to make a salad. No apology for the long wait !!! I live in Harpswell and this is just sad for our community and for the customers whether we r boaters at the boat yard or community members. Do better or get more help.
