Ate here on Saturday Oct 11, 2025. Elyse was so nice and engaging. The food was EXCELLENT!! The 3 of us had the Waldoboro, the Iris, and the Owls Head. Such great food. Highly recommend making Iris Eats part of your stay in the Harpswell area!!!
Food is amazing here, from the salads to the sandwiches. Excellent stop on the way to or back from Harpswell. Also worth going out of your way for. The chef/owner, Elyse, is the real deal!
Each summer we have had fantastic salads or sandwiches at this casual place.
Food: Excellent with nice twists that make things unique and tasty. Beet slaw and pickles on a turkey sandwich with toasted rye....one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life. Kale salad with a great vinaigrette and wasabi beans as croutons...so creative. Pretty good beverage choices including beers. Being picky, since it's a 5 start rating...they could present the food, chips,...
