“I don't drive more than 10 minutes for ice cream — definitely not 30-plus — but we made an exception while staying in Raymond to check out Long Lake Creamery over in Harrison. Totally worth it. The soft chocolate ice cream was some of the creamiest we’ve ever had, the sundae (peanut butter and hot fudge, yes please) was massive and delicious and they had so many flavors of ice cream to choose from. We also loved the homemade cones, the friendly staff and the pretty spot right on the water.”

Tonight the dinner was exceptional: Polenta baked with portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach; excellent apple and greens salad; great bruschetta; cannoli and — of course — gelato.
