Long Lake Creamery Reviews
I don't drive more than 10 minutes for ice cream — definitely not 30-plus — but we made an exception while staying in Raymond to check out Long Lake Creamery over in Harrison. Totally worth it.
The soft chocolate ice cream was some of the creamiest we’ve ever had, the sundae (peanut butter and hot fudge, yes please) was massive and delicious and they had so many flavors of ice cream to choose from. We also loved the homemade cones, the friendly staff and the pretty...read full review
The Maple Walnut ice cream in a waffle cone was delicious! You won’t be disappointed. Menu offers many options. For those that don’t usually carry cash, FYI it’s CASH only. They do have an ATM though. 🙂
Cash only, but there’s an ATM next door. Giffords hard ice cream plus various soft serve flavors. Parking locally is a bit iffy but manageable if not too crowded. Nice seating area out back near the lake, plus park in walking distance.

Long Lake Creamery is a charming place to enjoy great views of the lake from the back tables. The creamery offers a variety of flavors, including over a dozen soft-serve options and hard ice cream made by Gifford's. The seating area by the water is beautiful, with most of it shaded and providing a view of the boat activity. The Maine Wild Blueberry flavor is a favorite among visitors. The creamery is owned by friendly small business owners who care deeply about their customers and community. They are known for exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.
Many visitors say that the soft chocolate ice cream is some of the creamiest they have ever had. The sundaes, especially those with peanut butter and hot fudge, are described as massive and delicious. There are many flavors of ice cream to choose from, and homemade cones add to the experience. The location is convenient with parking available by the bridge, in front of the Grange, or behind it. The creamery is wheelchair accessible from the back of the Grange. Whether stopping after a swim, for a family tradition, or just to treat oneself, Long Lake Creamery consistently delivers a memorable experience.
