Clean, warm and convenient for our trip, Swamp Yankee BBQ was our AirBnB host for a lovely weekend recently. Our only disappointment was the lack of instructions to access the internet and cable. Otherwise our stay was quiet and affordable.
Found this little gem just outside of Jonesboro ME. Had beef bourguignon, delicious and plenty. Very nice couple own it. If you get a chance to go there definitely worth it, but they are only open in the winter, summer time they are doing local fairs with their trailer. Hoping to go back agaon.

so I had swamp yankee bbq's pulled pork sandwich at the Maine Renaissance Faire over the weekend. I would be lying if i didn't say it was one of the best pulled pork sandwiches i have ever had. I got so excited with how flavorful and perfectly smoky it was I might have gotten a little bit of a chub in my pants. i will definitely be looking them up next time in am in the area. hell I will probably make the 3 hour drive just to get their pulled pork.
