I hate that I will never go back here. The food is pretty good and I’ve enjoyed going here with my family over the years but some of the employees are so rude. The most rude being the man seemingly in charge, I’m not sure of his name? We approached the hostess stand last Saturday as a family of 5 including 2 small children. It was not busy. I was immediately told “we only have 1 high chair” with attitude. Then they started to set a small 4 top pushed against a wall which was not enough space for us. I politely asked if we could have a bigger table and the man (owner or manager not sure) comes around the corner barking “what’s their problem?” And proceeds to tell me that’s all they are going to offer me because “that’s how we do it with kids”. We had a previous issue there with staff being rude to my mother so that was it for me. We quietly left and will never return.
To be fair I’ve also had great experiences there with lovely waitstaff but he who seems to be in charge has zero customer service skills and employees following his lead. They will be busy regardless of how they treat their customers because of their location. And they know this. It shows in how they treat people.

Well executed wholesome, comforting breakfast. Lots of traditional and original options. Blueberry pancakes are HUGE but worth trying. Highlights were the omelette & lobster Benedict !! We had to wait (~10 minutes) for a table which was definitely worth it - plus loads of lovely shops around.

Food was just ok. Had to request a new cup of ice tea as something was all over the bottom of the cup. Had to fight the flies on our table. The waitress apparently only speaks to the men at the table. Next time, go to IHOP.

Busy spot. Saturday morning about 25 min wait. Wait staff spread thin so it's gonna be a few get comfortable. Normal cook was out today. French toast was cooked but NOT even warm by the time I got it. Homemade corned beef hash was bland, home fries weren't bad. Honestly DONT RECOMMEND!!!
The food here is delightful and the service is on point. The Irish Benny is my particular favorite, but they do lots of things right.
