Ordered a breakfast sandwich clerk pulls it off the top of the counter and hands it to me. Was puzzled but sat down and took a bite. Cold and very unappetizing. Went to counter and asked because I assumed when ordering I was getting a fresh made one. Clerk took it and put it in microwave for 20 seconds. Paid decent money for a sandwich expected more.

Very weak latte cup. It tastes like milk. Flies in the store.

Another place that only takes debit or credit. How can a place not take cash. Unbelievable to me.

Really hate to write a one star review, especially after being so excited to try this place out. My boyfriend needed to get some work done, so we decided to get some coffee and pastries before starting work. We ordered 2 Lattes, an almond croissant and bought a thing of lobster greeting cards. A few hours later, he had to take one more call, so we went back to the coffee shop because we had loved it and I bought their English breakfast tea latte with maple syrup (so now have bought 3 lattes, food and trinkets). I left for the duration of his meeting, and during his 20 minutes sitting there, a British man, presumably the owner or manager, came over and repeatedly interrupted his meeting multiple times (even after saying he was in a meeting and couldn’t talk) saying that it’s rude to use his facilities If he wasn’t going to buy anything. My boyfriend then pointed out the things he had already bought and said he was going to buy more once the meeting was over. No apology given for this rude interruption. Overall terrible service and not the way a business should be ran.

Delightful place for a warm cup of coffee or a light breakfast. Outdoor seating is pleasant and quaint.

We went to Mornings in Paris based on a recommendation, and since we were in Kennebunk for breakfast, we decided to head there for French crepes. We got in line, picked out our flavors from the sign above the register, and when we went to order, were told that unfortunately they weren’t doing crepes that day. We were very disappointed and wished we had gone to the Ogunquit location, where we passed a sign that said they do crepes daily. We settled for a quick apple cider drink and chocolate croissant. We can’t say we were overly impressed by the croissant, and in fact ended up at a true authentic French bakery shortly after, which put in perspective how lack luster this one really was. I liked the seating style at Mornings in Paris outside, and was happy to find a free parking lot here. However, I don’t see ourselves returning on future visits to the area.

Cute place. The menu was not in one easy to read location. They were polite but rather incompetent at quality customer service. When ordering when we had questions, she kept referring to us to look in the sandwich case or when we asked about drinks were told to go look. Both required stepping out of line and going to inconvenient locations around the shop. Menu, drink, and sandwich opinions need to be in one place accessible before ordering.

Confused teenagers selling $15 pre made sandwiches and mediocre coffee in paper. It does not remind me of any morning in Paris that I’ve had. ?
