My girlfriend and I have been coming to old vines since the grand opening, we haven’t had a single bad meal here. Athens and Zach always starts us off with an amazing craft cocktail and a great atmosphere. Tally and Brooke always make sure we have a great experience and feel like family. I recommend Old Vines to all of my friends and clients. It is one of a kind and a must if you’re looking for unique cuisine.

My gf and I have come to old vines several times and enjoy sitting at the bar with Athens. He’s knowledgeable and always provides great customer service. We have also sat in the dining area with Talley a few times and love her. She’s super sweet and fun and also super knowledgeable about the menu. We love this place.

Stopped in Christmas prelude and had the best el furgo margarita. The staff was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere fun and light. Will be going back to try food as it looked amazing!

We had a reservation at 2:30 during the first weekend of the prelude 2023. We got seated right away. We ordered drinks, truffle fingerlings, crispy brussel spouts, chicken meatballs, and a caesar salad. It was split between 3 of us. The food was delicious. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Our waiter was great and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back.

Great setting for gathering of friends. I miss the Shepard pie they once had maybe during Covid. The prices are a bit more on the "trendy" size compared to the portions you get, so don't be shocked if your vegetables are just two scoops of pureed something on the side. Service has always been excellent, their menu rotates but the beef ribs, fingerling potatoes, sticky pudding , beet salad and fish are always fresh and flavorful

Excellent selection of drinks (wine, cocktails, etc.) and food! A cozy yet upscale spot to join friends, share food, and enjoy an evening (indoor or outdoor). Service has always been good too.

Portions very small for price , the meatballs were good but those were the only thing I would order again.

Went here for anniversary. Had reservations but still had to wait. ( there really is no space to wait). Kind of stuffed ourselves in a corner. Able to eventually sit at bar to wait further. Total wait time with reservations at least 30min. Seated at a table and ordered multiple tapas. Took nearly 30 min for Cheese board(!) When I asked I was told kitchen very busy. I understand but how long does it take to put some cheese on a board? The rest of tapas came in timely manner and tasty. Past experiences here have been excellent but was disappointed on this special occasion. Kind of pricey which I don’t mind if experience excellent. This wasn’t excellent.

The food was ok, nothing too special here. Considering what you can get in the local area, it was a bit of a let down. The food was salty and the seafood portions of the menu were not as up to par as expected. The sushi rice was crunchy but the flavor of cured halibut was a bit odd. The cod was the most decent dish out of what we ordered, the miso and bokchoy went well together. But again, pretty salty. The outdoor seating area was cute and service was alright. If you're really looking for a typical Kennebunkport meal I would look elsewhere. If you need a break from all the lobster and sandwiches, this would be a decent respite.

I came here for dinner while on a bachelorette trip back in July. It was a group of about 14 of us. We had a reservation for 7:15pm on a Saturday and seated upstairs. I enjoyed my experience here. Great for groups so you can try as much as you can! We decided to divide the table up into thirds. So each section ordered different items. My foodie group of 4 ordered the following: Crispy pork belly - so good we ordered a second one Cured Halibut + Sushi Rice Burrata Salad Short rib - so good Braised beef ravioli Lamb Duo Chicken Meatballs Scallops
