I still think about that oyster shooter often. Really an exceptional meal. Miso soup, fire. Carrot cake, fire. The sushi was SO fresh and delicious. 110% recommend!

It is soooo good. Too often sushi & sashimi taste like soy, ginger or wasabi (whatever you dunk it in). The fish they use has amazing flavor on its own. Delicious house made soy served but not needed. I loved every single bite but my favorite tonight was the smoked steelhead trout from NY.
