After 10+ visits, Rosella never disappoints. Hands down the freshest fish of any omakase we've experienced. Matt, the executive chef, is a true flavor genius—every bite is thoughtful, balanced, and unforgettable. The entire team is so talented. A must-try.
First time here and we will absolutely return. We opted for the omakase style dining and put all of our trust in our chef Genevieve. She did not disappoint! She explained where everything came from and how to eat it which was very appreciated. Emily made our drinks to perfection. (Try the New Old Fashioned) Highly recommend the spicy cucumber salad, street corn, fatty bluefin tuna, and yellowtail. Compliments to chef Matt and his whole team. My Fiance and I had the most amazing experience at Rosella. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our special night was unforgettable. They were so knowledgeable about the food and you can see they take immense pride in their food and how it is prepared.
