Food was creative and tasty. Price was reasonable given this is sushi and a touristy, high traffic location. Staff were friendly, especially the sushi chefs. Some seats at the bar vibrate from something under the floor but staff seem unaware. The AC/heating units are positioned to blow directly on guests seated at half of the bar seats. There appear to be no exhaust fans in the open kitchen behind the bar so guests seated at the bar will walk out smelling like whatever was cooking.
Food was great as was the ambience and service. The roll and udon bowl were excellent. The nigiri was good not great. Fresh but if I went again , I would have selected another roll.
The food was wonderful! The coursing seemed a little off, the waitress took our entire order at once, and one of the rolls got delivered right after the appetizers but then it took a noticeable amount of time until the second roll arrived, and then another noticeable amount of time until the rest of the table got their rolls. Then there was a lag until our nigiri came AFTER we'd finished everything else, which wasn't what I was expecting. But the food itself was delicious!...
