I’m convinced it altered my brain chemistry. I was fed mid-air like it was casual. That moment will live rent-free in my mind forever.

Time lost all meaning. I forgot who I was before this meal. I forgot what I used to think good food was. Every bite felt like a revelation. Every flame felt symbolic.

The staff was incredible, the energy was electric, and by the end I was full, stunned, and spiritually reborn. I now measure my life in two eras: before hibachi at Kobe Ninja House and after.“
