Earth has become my favorite restaurant ever! The ambience of this restaurant is stunning, inside and outside of the building. The food prep made everything look so gorgeous that you don't want to mess up the plate!! That being said, I have never had a more delicious meal than I have had now twice! This is a lovely restaurant. The dining room is rustic but tasteful. The food is amazing and we enjoyed the format of choosing 3 or 4 courses from 4 different lists. The pumpkin dessert wasn't as flavorful as we would have liked and the base of delicious potato under my steak wasn't hot. But everything tastes so good a few lapses are tolerable. We'll be back.
Stunning decor and ambiance. Service was attentive, polite, and informed. The food was delicious with our favorites being: butternut squash soup with lobster, roasted cauliflower, venison and halibut. The octopus was well prepared but the sauce seemed to over-power and the cavatelli seemed to have an overly-starchy flavor. The experience was exceptional and we will definitely dine again!
