My husband and I attended this year's Prelude at Ultramar on December 7, 2025. The building was inviting, clean, well-lit and offered plenty of parking. This event was a buffet style brunch ar 2:30pm. We were escorted to our seats on time and had a great server. The buffet offered many choices of proteins, sides, appetizers and desserts. The only reason this review isn't a 5 is that the carving station was unattended when we were plating and the meats were cold. All...

Food is amazing. Jennifer is a great server. Efficient with a great sense of humor. We have been several times for dinner and this was our 3rd visit for the buffet. Absolutely amazing.

Beautiful renovations, and we have always loved the view from this dining room. We went for the Prelude Brunch over Christmas time, and the buffet and raw bar they put out was awesome! Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. We will have to come back for their regular menu.
