Walked in on a Friday night got sat immediately. Was on the fence about what to order, was recommended the szechuan dan dan mien. It was amazingly perfect. Everything we got was amazing. The atmosphere was great. My mother and I used it as a half way point to meet up and felt no rush to leave. Will definitely return.

I was really excited to eat here and the ramen is good. But it’s not that good. It’s very simple and lacking in flavor/content. My meal basically felt like a bowl of bone broth with veggies and noodles. Zero spice, zero ramen qualities to it. I would go back with these understanding and expectations if I just wanted some soup, it wasn’t bad, it’s just not where I would go if I was really craving ramen.

Amazing ramen & wonderful people! We got the chashu pork ramen, but spicy, and it was delicious. More people should definitely check out this hidden gem.

Really lovely little place! Our ramen was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and prompt. Seems silly to mention, but they have really comfortable chairs too. Recommend both the vegetable and beef ramen.

Really good noodles and dumplings in an unassuming spot. Manager was friendly. I had shrimp udon and we had lobster spring rolls and dumplings. All were delish.

Stopped here on a whim when my daughter craved noodles for dinner on a long road trip. This place did not disappoint! It was very quiet inside; seems like more of a takeout spot, but regardless, our noodles were delicious. You could tell everything was fresh and authentic.

This restaurant is a gem! Went with my daughter and we both loved our meal. Appetizer was the pan fried dumplings and we both got the same pork noodle bowl. Service was amazing and extremely polite. We will definitely be back and recommend it highly!

Delicious and flavorful food. I love the dumplings (Xiaolong Bao and pan fried dumplings) and my favorite is the cold sesame noodle.

Place was spotless!! The hood vent shined like a mirror. Food came out in stages and was perfect. Timing of each dish gave us time to enjoy and take breaks. So so tasty and two ladies who ran it were friendly. Will definitely be back! Was amazing 5* plus!

Everything we got was delicious and very reasonably priced— the winner for me was the peanut noodle dish (I forget what it was called exactly) - next time I’ll see if they can spice it up a bit

Wonderful, fresh food, high quality ingredients with lovely flavor. We ordered the lobster spring rolls, pan fried dumplings and the beef ramen. The spring rolls were similar to an egg roll (fried), but were so delightful, reminding me of my time in Japan. The ramen was awesome as well, with handmade noodles and fresh vegetables, you can't beat it. I gave the atmosphere a 4, because there wasn't any music playing in the restaurant and we were the only ones eating, so it was a little quiet.

But the restaurant was clean, tidy, nice and inviting. We will definitely be going back!

It has been a while since the wife and I visited 518, just because we never thought about it. The menu isn't extensive, but they seem to have perfected what they offer. The food is even better than I remember. We will be visiting more often.
