great location, great views but wasn't impressed with the food. I had a 3 ounce lobster roll for $20+, they wanted $55 for a 6 ounce.😱 there was more roll then lobster and the roll was over toasted. The Cole slaw was right out of a bag and blah. The only good part was the blueberry margarita, but I think I overheard the employee say it was only 5%. They didn't offer whole lobster.🫤 Go for the view, maybe order a burger or hot dog.
A bit expensive for what you get. Cool location.

Get place, seemed to be a lot of regulars and locals even still very welcoming to outsiders. Made us feel right at home. Well worth the hour drive from concord

A really cool place right on the water. Great food, good service.
Wish I lived closer so we could frequent it more often.

Enjoyed the views of water and boats. There's limited parking and enough benches/ seats with umbrellas for sun protection. The lobster and crab rolls were delicious and fresh. You can grab your own take away boxes if necessary and ice water is self serve. Loved the atmosphere.

No doubt it was a pricy lunch but the service was phenomenal and the food was exactly what we were hoping for!

Outstanding Fish & Chips, perhaps the best I’ve had. Wonderful wait staff. We sat out on the picnic tables on a hot day and the breeze coming off the water was quite welcomed.

We were so excited to go here after hearing such good things about it, but unfortunately we’re incredibly disappointed. The lobster meat quality was incredibly low, the roll was full of soft and squishy hollowed out meat. For a $55 lobster roll I expected to have fresh good quality meat but was left disappointed. I’ve eaten quite a few lobster rolls and this was easily the worst one I’ve had, and the most expensive! On top of that, the clam chowder was lukewarm as were the fries. Terribly disappointing meal, I can confidently say we will never be returning.

Good food but ridiculous prices. Location, location, location. $55 lobster roll and $12 Maine Lunch pint.
A great location by the river! Food is very good and service is as fast as it can be, given that it is always packed! Be aware, app telling how long the wait is does not work!

The fish and chips was the best I've had, even counting London excursions. Ample portions.

Service was lacking. Young woman could not have been more bothered to help. It took her 20 minutes to even take a drink order. A little service could have gone a long way. Location and food are great.
