First BK I ever saw in a strip mall. Food seemed hot & fresh. Employee attitude was lacking. No genuine smile, no "thank you". They seemed only to be there to collect a paycheck. Such a shame. They could be a very fine BK for that neighborhood, it they improved GREATLY on their customer service. (Remember - No customers = No job)
Extremely rude staff member. Shouldn't be working a service job with an attitude that extreme. I literally asked "this is everything?" when she handed me the last bag, and got absolutely the most *scathing* teenager glare, though I'd bet she's at least 30.

Something is missing.I don't know what, but the food is lacking. I couldn't taste the meat in either sandwich I got. Somehow it was flavorless I'm genuinely confused. It was all so...Bland.

We got what we ordered and it was quick and tasted ok. That, and cleanliness, is about all we expect from any fast food restaurant. We did face a choice between neighbors McDonalds and Burger King, but after numerous problems with the electronic ordering system at various Macs in recent years -- we prefer dealing with people -- we opted for Burger King. No regrets this time.

Rudest staff I’ve encountered in a while. My pickup order hung behind the counter for a while. When I finally (and kindly) addressed it, one of the staff dropped it on the counter while making eye contact at me. I said thank you and she took off without response.I get times are hard. But please respect the DoorDash Drivers - it isn’t easy for us either…

One of the cleanest Burger King restaurants I've ever been to. Staff was friendly. Food was prepared as requested. Overall, a great experience.Vegetarian options: There is an impossible whopper and Big King.

Nice clean restaurant, seems to be good staff, and always fresh hot food. The only negative for us is that they are, or have been, sporadic about being open. We know there's a very challenging employment pool, in both southern Maine and in New Hampshire. The Burger King we had in Portsmouth has been closed for quite some time at this point. My husband gets cravings for Whoppers, and it's a disappointment to drive into Kittery Maine to find they are closed. We're hopeful their staffing shortage is getting better because this really is a very clean and pleasant Burger King to go to.

It’s currently 9:20pm and the doors are closed and most of the lights are off. You should update your hours on here. The sad part was I saw someone and they hid when I walked up to the door.

Worse bk around. 2 meal there and each time it sucked. Meal came with a soggy bun and about 13 pickles. Drink tasted like they are purposely cutting back on syrup. Drive thru line was packed but each order took them 5 minutes of waiting to place. Go to mcdonalds across the street.
