We happened upon Definitive while visiting outlets in Kittery.We are glad we stopped by. Their space is clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and their beers - especially their session IPA delicious.They have a range of beers and rotate taps frequently. So there is something for everyone here.
Definitive Brewing is an excellent local brewery. Its selection is second to none with sessions, sours, IPAs, and stouts. The flavor profiles remind me of TreeHouse with TreeHouse prices. Definitely worth the price without all of the travel. The Kittery location is low key with a nice outdoor patio.

A great little brewery in the heart of a shopping area for those that want to take a break from the outlets. Had a nice variety of beers and even offered a flight to sample. Staff were knowledgeable about the selections and even offered some additional samples. I would have loved a shirt from the place but the prices were very high. Stop in when you're in the area. Cozy place with delicious beer.
