I go to your location rather often..the girls that have been there the past few times (in the later afternoon) have been really sweet and friendly. I was having a hard day today and by the time I got to the window I was in tears. I hope they see this and know that the little treat and kind words really helped me today...I know food service sucks sometimes, cause I'm in it too..it was a nice reminder that sometimes we just have no idea what people are going through and that...
First BK I ever saw in a strip mall. Food seemed hot & fresh. Employee attitude was lacking. No genuine smile, no "thank you". They seemed only to be there to collect a paycheck. Such a shame. They could be a very fine BK for that neighborhood, it they improved GREATLY on their customer service. (Remember - No customers = No job)
One of the cleanest Burger King restaurants I've ever been to. Staff was friendly. Food was prepared as requested. Overall, a great experience.
