Lately you are unable to order online at all. When you call in to order, you wait on hold. Only one time did I call in and was able to place in order. This past time I waited 15 minutes and gave up. Facebook says they are open and online shows they are open. Finally gave in and ordered food elsewhere. The times we have gotten delivery, they gave us the wrong food and forgot the sauces we paid for and had to go back to the store and deliver them 30 minutes later.
We ordered a pan pizza and they sent home a regular pizza. When I called even though we were super friendly the person on the other line said she was the manager (she was not), said we had ordered "hand-tossed"(not in my vernacular plus we had had a conversation about a pan pizza super supreme) and hung up.
