Hands down the best Domino's Pizza I have been to! And I have been back atleast 100 times(times be tough hehe). Never been let down and they know how to make it Well done! Their pasta bowls are also... AMAZING You will not regret visiting this location over others

I ordered 1 large pizza and 1 order of garlic bites. It was good for fast-food pizza not the best I've ever had from them or other fast-food pizza chains but still tasty. The pizza and garlic bites were still warm when I got home which is a plus. :)

Everytime I online order from kittery Maine Domino's I always have issues from missing drinks or ranch cups or late delivery and delivery that showed up with the food all shifted to one side of the container. Now I'm waiting for the manger for over 20 minutes on hold. This will be the last time I order from kittery Domino's

They are very very Bad people I was waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and they keep said it’s on the oven They messed up all of the orders. They are not organized and not clean restaurant. It was a very bad experience. I never see like this before.

Put in an order online at 5pm for carry out, it said it would take 13-18 minutes. That was fine. We went to pick it up at 15 minutes - they hadn't even started it yet. Apparently there was a very large order (50 pizzas) ahead of us. It didn't even get put into the oven until 5:40. We ordered online, with my profile, so my phone number was right there. They could have called when we ordered to inform us of the large order, and that it would take longer to get around to ours, so we could decide if we wanted to wait or not. They did not do this however, which I found incredibly rude.
Delivery people can be rude sometimes. One delivery driver actually confronted me about a tip. Although I already had tip as she insisted I did not.

I went online to order 2 medium 2-topping pizzas for 6.99 each, picking up at the store. I followed the instructions, expecting $14 plus tax. My bill was $18+ because I added a garlic dip. I didn't dispute because the app was very frustrating wanting me to add this-here and that-there and I got so tired of trying to complete the frigging order I just ordered the two pizzas. When I got there, they said the total was $20+. When I questioned it they said it was the tax. When I told them what I had ordered, expecting the special price, I was told that what I ordered was not part of the special. But the app was walking me through the order for the discount. They said the app didn't do that correctly and I needed to read the full coupon requirements first. What I got from this: don't order from the app if you are using a coupon. Ordering from the app takes longer than calling it in, and make sure the price you are quoted is the actual full price.

What is happening to this location? The online ordering never reflects the actual time. Twice I’ve had to just cancel while I waited at the location because it was well over 45 minutes (the app kept saying 13 minutes) and it still wasn’t even prepared….

I know Dominoes isn’t everyone’s favorite but my two little kids and I like it. The girls get to watch them make the pizza and the employees often share some dough with them. Yesterday I screwed up my own order (requested no sauce by mistake) and they not only made me another pizza for free, they gave me some marinara sauce for the girls to be able to dip the cheese-only pizza in so they could eat something while they were waiting.

The absolute BEST pizza and cheesy bread I’ve ever had at any dominos location and I’ve been to a lot around the country. I usually never eat the ends of the cheesy bread because they are always burnt or dry and have no cheese in them but these were PERFECT. cheesy soft but crunchy absolutely amazing. And the service was fast considering there was only 1 man working.
