Ordered in the app, which said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later, only to wait an hour and a half. There was only one person working, and because they were so busy it was impossible to ask them to cancel the order. Very disappointed

They wear gloves to prepare your pizza but not to actually pull it out of the oven or box it. Which is Backwards..
Sat here for about an hour watching them touch every single pizza with their bare hands, after cooking them. Even to pull it out of the oven. Really, it is asinine to think you would prepare pizzas with gloves, then bake your Pizza and kill any germs that could have possibly been there with gloves on, then handle your pizzas without gloves on.
That is absolutely a problem and shows nobody here knows anything about food safety. If anything you prepare a pizza without gloves on and then wear gloves to handle it and put it in the box... how is this that hard to understand?
I am sharing this to every single person I know in the area. There's places in town that use gloves when handling prepared food, not just while preparing food.
For real though, let's kill germs on the pizza and then cover it in germs! Watching employees touch their face, cash, pull their pants up and then grab a pizza by the crust to pull it out the oven? I want to v o m i t. And you should too...

I ordered 1 large pizza and 1 order of garlic bites. It was good for fast-food pizza not the best I've ever had from them or other fast-food pizza chains but still tasty. The pizza and garlic bites were still warm when I got home which is a plus. :)

Everytime I online order from kittery Maine Domino's I always have issues from missing drinks or ranch cups or late delivery and delivery that showed up with the food all shifted to one side of the container. Now I'm waiting for the manger for over 20 minutes on hold. This will be the last time I order from kittery Domino's
Nobody new what was going on when I got their and when I got home with the order it was wrong. Second and last time im going to dominos

They are very very Bad people I was waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and they keep said it’s on the oven They messed up all of the orders. They are not organized and not clean restaurant. It was a very bad experience. I never see like this before.

Put in an order online at 5pm for carry out, it said it would take 13-18 minutes. That was fine. We went to pick it up at 15 minutes - they hadn't even started it yet. Apparently there was a very large order (50 pizzas) ahead of us. It didn't even get put into the oven until 5:40. We ordered online, with my profile, so my phone number was right there. They could have called when we ordered to inform us of the large order, and that it would take longer to get around to ours, so we could decide if we wanted to wait or not. They did not do this however, which I found incredibly rude.
