Best donuts I've ever had! Even non-veg family members enjoyed them. Friendly service, love that its 100% vegan. I'll be coming back tomorrow for sure! GF donuts sell out quickly, pre-order the day before if you need GF. Great flavor options and super cute, clean cafe!

This place.... the donuts are amazing. They change their menu once a month. So, every month we have to go atleast once to try out the new donuts. They are super cute! Tastey and so many options! They are very filling too!!! I only wish they had an estimate for calories for the donuts. It's very hard to even have an estimate gauge. I really try to count calories to lose weight and to treat myself not knowing any range is very hard.

Really sugary and sweet glaze and frostings. So much so that you can’t really taste the maple, ganache or dough itself. Disappointing, as we heard great things. Espresso coffee drinks were excellent.

Thank you so much for offering dairy free and nut free donuts! One of my kids has a bunch of food allergies, and we are always so happy to take him somewhere we can tell him to pick out what he wants. It's a little moment of joy that means the world to people like us! And they are totally delicious, too! The rest of my crew was totally impressed at the overall fabulousness of the donuts! Mom liked how they were not TOO sweet! What a wonderful experience! ❤❤

Excellent donuts and lattes but their customer service is terrible. We like to stop early in the morning on the way to the beach and arrive around the time they open or shortly thereafter, so it’s not yet that busy. Each of the last three times we have stood at the register being completely ignored while the cashier, or in a few instances two associates, went about making someone else’s order (not sure why with multiple people, someone can’t be dedicated to the register). Customer Service 101, and I can speak to it because I’ve worked customer-facing jobs myself: Acknowledge someone who is waiting. A quick “I’ll be with you in just a moment!” goes a long way. And when they finally decide to help you? Not even a smile and certainly no kind of apology or extension of gratitude regarding the wait. It’s pretty clear they don’t want to be there which is in direct opposition to the cheerful, fun vibe Lovebirds portrays online. We’ll still go because vegan donut shops are nonexistent around here but frankly, they need to hire staff who can fake it at minimum. Some of us are going out of our way to visit for a special treat and they kill the vibes almost immediately. Last year when we visited for the first time it was much more pleasant so not sure what has happened aside from staff turnover.

Plant based donut place with all kinds of good looking and fancy selections like s'mores and strawberry shortcake, as well as plain options and non-vegan GF options.
It's all amazing except for the base donut dough is rather bland and a little tough and very very dry. From a vegan perspective this place is amazing. From a culinary perspective, it's a solid "meh". If this place wasn't vegan, they wouldn't be winning any awards for their donuts.
Maybe they were better when they started out but now, a rather big disappointment for anyone wanting a really good donut that is also vegan.
Add the big price to the overall unremarkable donut texture and I think not worth it at all. Sadly. Very sadly.
