Great atmosphere right on the water. If you leave hungry. .that's on you! Salad bar, soups and bread is a meal by itself before you even eat.

My wife myself and our granddaughter went to Warren's On 20 February. The restaurant has a slightly better atmosphere. There was a gentleman playing the guitar and he was very good. We ordered our drinks consisting of a Diet Coke for myself and water for my wife and granddaughter. The best part of the meal was the Diet Coke. My wife ordered. Baked haddock. It wasn't baked and wasn't fresh. I had chicken palm, which was on a bed of overcooked. Linguine. The tiny piece of chicken was breaded extremely heavily. Our granddaughter had the twin lobsters. They were not fresh, not red in color. A pale orange and the lobster itself was overcooked and dry. On a high note Our waitress TARA was professional and understanding. We understand there are new owners. However, other than Tara, they failed on everything else. We will not return and have been steady customers of the old Warrens... if management doesn't get it together, they won't be around very long. We are sad to say this, but it is very true.

New owners have done it! They kept the old world atmosphere (IYKYN) and salad bar while at the same time the food was better than I have had there in the past. My husband and I have been eating at Warrens for over 30 years and we have lots of great memories! The Fisherman’s Platter had a new flavor…. And nice crispy batter. The haddock was FRESH…. Delicious ! And the fries! I appreciate the new owners adding a slight seasoning to the food and obviously changing the oil. Well done. I’m sure we will be there again soon.

I looked for a nice place to have a lobster meal in Kittery. Warrens came up as a good place. This was an off season visit so I’m not sure if that had anything to do with the meal. It was mediocre at best. Not bad, but for $110 for two people it should have been much better. The lobster was rubbery and my wife had the scampi with chewy shrimp and little flavor. The service however was amazing. I was disappointed to hear the servers didn’t get a meal with their shift or even a discount. Not sure if that’s true, but with servers on such high demand here, I would think management would treat them like rock stars they are. Disappointed dinner for sure.

I took my family for dinner. We ordered a clam plate, fisherman’s platter, chicken fingers. When the food got there, our fisherman’s plate had onion rings on it that were literally sitting in Greece. The scallops were so chewy and hard. The clams were in edible because they were again so bad in Greece and covered in salt way too much salt. My grandson couldn’t even eat the clams. The only thing on our plates that were really touched was the chicken so when I get the 70+ dollar bill the managed the manager came out and I told her about everything and I showed her the food she went in and she took the clam plate off of our bill and took five dollars off of the $40 fisherman’s plate that we only had the fish off of. I complained again and she came back out and I explained to her this is a $40 fisherman’s platter that we only ate two small pieces of fish off of and you only took five dollars off of this meal. She went back in and ended up taking $15 off of it and had a really bad attitude. I will never go there again. Do not eat here.
