Our first time back since the re opening. My lobster roll was amazing, fries were perfecting seasoned. Salad bar was well stocked and very appealing. Fish and chips for my partner which he thoroughly enjoyed. Cleanliness five stars.
Our server Jenn was amazing. The whole team worked well together, she wasn’t able to get to us immediately which was fine, she dropped by the table to say she’d be with us in a minute or two. Which in my opinion is very important to touch base so you don’t feel like you’re being ignored. I did witness one woman being very irritated and rude, complaining about how long her wait was. A manager stepped in and he was able to make her happy. After the fact I told him good job, because I had watched the whole thing transpire, He introduced himself as Paul and was super friendly. He clearly knew how to diffuse the situation.
I will say it was a bit chaotic because it appeared to me people were getting seated way too quickly for the amount of actual staff on hand. I’m in the business myself and recognize things people who aren’t in the business get upset about! Having a bit of a “wait time” from the hosts, makes everyone’s job a bit easier and ultimately gives the guests an overall better experience. They all were working so hard to make things as pleasant as possible but you can only do so much when you’re being over stretched in every direction. That also could be why food wait time takes a bit, so many orders at the same time. Just an observation.
Kinks take a little while to work through so to all the people not being kind, give them a chance to fix things before berating what is essentially a new business to them at least. I for one will be returning for more lobster!!

Despite some very negative recent reviews since new owners took over, we arrived there on Saturday, around 5:30. They were almost fully occupied; we were greeted by host Nazkar and managed to be seated fairly quickly. Server Kathryn was friendly and attentive throughout. Drinks arrived fairly quickly, as did our meals, despite the full house. We noticed how busy the salad bar was, suggesting most people arrived at about the same time, a challenge for any restaurant, especially one with a salad bar. Entrees were fine, as was the salad bar, although it was difficult to re-stock and maintain it due to the heavy demand. Drinks were limited to wine and canned beer, as they did not have a bartender. The host apologized for this, as they were short-staffed, and thanked us for coming. All in all, we found it to be close to our Warren's experience over the past 40+ years going there. The new staff appear to be working very hard to duplicate the Warren's of the past, and we are optimistic they will work out a few rough edges, so we'll be back.

This is not like the original Warren’s. They opened under new owners way too soon. Not enough staff, very disorganized. More cost, and long wait time for service - almost 2 hours once we were seated. Hopefully they will get better with time or they won’t last long.

We went here based on multiple good reviews. Started out fine. Our waitress was cheerful but couldn't remember what table ordered what. I ordered a seafood platter which came out with no shrimp. No mention from staff about missing shrimp. I asked and was told they were out and offered me additional haddock, fine. Fifteen minutes later still nothing, I asked and was told it would be right out. They then brought me 5 shrimp, I was like I thought you were out? The waitress said that's what you wanted right. No idea where they found them but 3 of 5 were completely a different color. We had been there close to two hours at this point, most of this time was waiting for my food. Too many other choices in the area, won't be going back. Note: They were not real busy.

I took my girlfriend there yesterday for her first time. I had raved about this place to her because I had been there a few times and I was very disappointed. First, we got there early because the times I had been there before there was a line before it even opened. Well, no line yesterday which I thought was strange. We walked in at 11 which we were the first ones in and they seemed to be disorganized where to seat us. Now, me I expect a restaurant basically ready to go when they open...especially the salad bar since they promote that so much. Well, the salad bar wasn't some what ready until 11:30 where they had all the stations filled and the utensils for each item on the salad bar. For the blue cheese dressing, they had packets of Ken's blue cheese in the container. They said they serve soups on the salad bar which weren't brought out until almost the time for us to leave. For people who have been to Warren's before in my opinion are going to be very disappointed and at $26 a person for the salad bar we won't be back!

We've eaten here before and was always pretty good. I think there's new owners now. The fish was over cooked and tough. We couldn't finish it. We did tell them it was awful but they didn't seem too phased.
Have known about this staple for a few years now but finally decided to stop in. All I have to say is wow. The food was delicious. We were offered the salad bar and unlimited soup with our main entrees as well. But what really stood out was the extremely amazing service we received. Everyone was working together was so on top of everything and truly just genuinely nice which you don’t see much anymore. I went to the salad bar to grab pumpkin bread (which they are known for) and there wasn’t any left so I was telling my husband there was no more. When I tell you immediately a staff member overheard me and asked what they are out of. He had pumpkin bread out within seconds. We will be coming back thank you all for the amazing lunch experience!

I’m sorry to have to write a not great review of the new Warrens!!! I wanted to like it how I liked the old Warrens!! And yes I know things can’t be exactly the same when someone new takes it over, but this was just awful!! Ok the salad bar was fairly ok and our waitress was pretty good… but that said the salad bar felt a little lack luster.. the scallops I had were like rubber with no flavor! The salmon was ok, but really just not good! Maybe they will work out some kinks? But honestly for an almost 90 dollar meal, I felt robbed!! And also if you are going to charge 25 for a salad bar it should have more things and not empty spaces!!

Sign for chilled plates at the Salad bar we’re paper plates the bar was not full stocked we asked they said they were out of the product and waiting for a delivery. Sysco was in the parking lot making a delivery (??) Lobster was over cooked and smelled not fresh. We have been there a few time with the previous owners and loved it. I hope over time they fix the issues and

Have known about this staple for a few years now but finally decided to stop in. All I have to say is wow. The food was delicious.
