I enjoy this place a lot. Old school. Wish they would open the dining soon. They had a hard winter with the flooding this January. This venue is right on the water. Real cool watching the boats come by. Best salad bar in the area. Pumpkin bread rocks!

Just walked over a mile and a half over the bridge from Portsmouth to dine here because this app says it is open. IT IS NOT! Of course, I thought about calling first to check, but I figured if it was actually closed that I would just keep walking into Kittery and dine someplace else.

On a recent Birthday trip planned by my daughter Kelly on our first day in Portsmouth , New Hampshire we meandered over to Kittery, Maine( 5 minutes away) to this gem ! It looks very unassuming from the outside, with a lobster shack next door selling lobsters but this place has the BEST lobster hands down! We enjoyed the salad bar that had plenty to offer, a delicious cocktail but the star was the lobster claw / chowder combo! The lobster was sooo fresh and cooked beautifully. I have had many a chewy lobster lobster at the hands of inexperienced cooks. If you love lobster please make your way here. It truly is a destination restaurant! I hope to go back .

I scream, "You scream we all scream for pumpkin ! I KNOW Pumpkin, you say, from a lobster house. However, this place makes the most amazing pumpkin bread that is the reason for my visit there are other great items to choose from from what I was told and what the sign states they have the best salad bar around, however I think it could use some improvements the lettuce was a little wilted however there was a good variety. I definitely went for the pumpkin bread

The food was absolutely delicious. I got to taste my friend's fried clams. Heavenly! I had a delicious salad from the bar as well as a taste of their pumpkin bread. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

A frequent stop traveling in either direction and easy navigation address off I95 corridor. As of this posting and due to storm damage, we were disappointed n sad that Warren's Restaurant was a victim of the historic water storm. Our belief n hope is the sustainable and recovery is quick and swift. As many times I should have posted a 5 star, which Warren's rightly earns n deserves for the great service n food, please don't take my word for it and don't fail to do as I and highly recommend you treat your appetite to complete satisfaction ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff is always friendly and approachable. Food & cocktails are delicious. Salad bar is fresh and has great options. Arrive early if you don't want to wait for a table.

Will never be back to Warrens after our experience here today. First time at Warrens a few days ago, and we enjoyed it, and wanted to go back today. Last visit they gave us a military discount. We never expect a discount, but appreciate it when offered. It also shows military members and family that the establishment appreciates what they have done and do. Today, we received our bill, and the same waitress we had a few days ago now asks for military ID. Entirely different demeanor she had. I showed her my ID, and she said “oh we don’t give the discount to the spouse, only the military member”. Then she asked my husband for ID (she saw it a few days ago, and she said she remembered us. We had a nice conversation with her a few days ago so couldn’t understand the change in attitude). He left his wallet in his flight suit at work (after flying Chinook helicopters for the military and serving more than 23 years active duty and 8 deployments, he now is a medical First Responder helicopter pilot saving lives daily all over New England and worked last night, New Years Eve, so he was tired and forgot to take his wallet out), but we decided to drive one hour to eat at Warrens. He showed her a picture of his military veteran ID, and now proceeds to tell us she’ll talk to her Manager. This man survived combat missions in Afghanistan to give staff today the freedom to doubt him and shame him in front of others, and it’s despicable that he felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. Pics below of military days of ourselves and family. I’m overly proud of this hard working and honorable man. I ask for the Manager at this point. Everyone around us is listening and watching, and we were made to feel very uncomfortable, and very disrespected. The manager comes over, and now tells us they don’t offer the military discount on a Holiday, but she wasn’t sure. Telling us “I don’t THINK we offer it on a Holiday”. At this point, we just wanted to leave. Offer it to us a few days ago, and then not offer, and then not the spouse, and then not on Holidays. We were both born and raised on military bases, father served 28 years (WWII, Korea, Vietnam), father in law served 36 years, Uncle was a historical Merrills Marauder, family, friends, and we help veterans often, brother is a co-founder of “One Call Away” which helps Veterans so yes, we are a legitimate military family. I work for the military/Government, and to be made to feel uncomfortable and doubt us today, in front of other patrons, was terrible. Shame on this establishment for diminishing the value of a military spouse, or not even knowing how important they are. Shame on giving a military discount one day, and then a few days later tell a customer NO,. We will never be back, and will frequent other establishments. My husband also spit out a fried clam. He never complains about food, but this was slimy and greenish, and he said it tasted aweful. We did tell the waitress about this, and she brought over 2 or 3 scallops before we left due to the clams seeming old. I grew up in MA, visiting NH often, and after military life, we retired into NH working civilian jobs now so we are exploring areas to visit and experience food options. Warrens is no longer on our list. We were very friendly with this waitress a few days ago, so not sure what happened. Disappointed.
