The workers are amazing and always seem to enjoy each other and what they’re doing! I’ve had a few drinks messed up but always happy to fix them to my liking! They also know how to pick good music, always got myself and my child dancing while we’re in line! Great job!!
Giving 5 stars because the Wife and I come here often to grab an AJ Rush. and with an exception of the last few months, the service was always top notch. Recently however, it feels like we are inconveniencing the employees by being there. Today was the third time in a row we requested light ice, and didn't get light ice. I don't complain about much, but when the 32 oz cup is full from bottom to top in ice, I'm not getting my money's worth. I have to wonder...
I am a regular at this particular ajs, the staff all know my order and do their best to get it in ahead of time if they see me in line. They are usually always friendly and often give my children stickers which is always a bonus. Despite lots of turnover over the years I've grown accustomed to this standard for my aroma joes. Don't forget to tip your batista they work hard back there.
