I went in this morning just before 8am and stood at the register for 10 min before anyone came over to take my order. There is no excuse for this when there are 8 employees and 5 of them are standing there doing nothing aside from watching me get more and more frustrated as 5 cars come and go through the drive thru. This dunks needs to get their sh*t together as this is not the first or second time this has happened. I would not recommend this dunks if you want to be in and out...read full review
Formally a regular customer. It unreal the amount of times I have stopped for hot chocolate and the machine is broke or no product to make hot chocolate. It’s pretty clear that that management and or owner really dont take care of business. Coldest day of the year and no hot chocolate. Keep up the good work. Never again
