The little shacks always have the best food. We got the fried shrimp boat with fries, coleslaw, and fresh lemonade and it was amazing. We enjoyed our time on the outdoor seating area while our children play on the ship playset.

We make the trip from Charleston every summer while we're on vacation to eat at Mr. Seas! The best lobster roll in Maine ?

I love everything about Mr. Seas!! I came today and ordered a shore dinner… best meal I’ve had in awhile for such an incredible price. The lobster, clams and corn were so sweet I hardly needed butter. I know many of the reviews talk poorly of the atmosphere, but I actually enjoy sitting on the picnic benches and being able to watch my lobster get dropped in the water. Coming back next week to try the fried items!!

No business hauling that shack with that vehicle today at the Buckfield Labor Day Parade. Rear end nearly touching the ground, that’s going to cause an accident.

Hope you have the integrity to buy a vehicle rated to tow that or add some airbags. I wish I had taken a picture.

Lobster is plentiful, fresh, solid place. Definitely more to go place would not recommend eating on the picnic benches.

Stopped in specifically for Steamers and they were very good. We ate at one of the several picnic tables. We did have to sit at a table on the side of the building because the radio providing outdoor music was unnecessarily loud. The eating area was fairly typical for side of the road, outdoor space, so no judgement there. Once again, the Steamed Clams were Excellent and also extremely affordable at “less than $7 per pound, and only $3 add for them to steam and serve them with drawn butter. I would stop there again for Steamers!

Love this lil shack! Amazing clear lobster rolls is all I've had several times @ market price reasonable. Limited outdoor seating with 3 picnic tables under cover & other tables & chairs around. Drinks are $3.00 out of a soda machine so I'd suggest BYOB.

The shrimp was popcorn size and was mushy. We were ignored for nearly 10 minutes.

Location was nothing special that's for sure, but the lobster rolls were fantastic. Choose your preference here too. Mayo or butter for the lobster.
