Ok, first of all, I have never been unhappy when dining here. Much depends on when customers come to eat; when the food is fresh for lunch or dinner, those are the best times. The family who own the Buffet are very conscientious about presentation, cleanliness, service, etc. The family/employees become really bothered when customers take so much food from the buffet, then waste it, which can cause price hikes.
