About Popeyes Chicken

Popeyes Chicken is a very busy restaurant with many people waiting for food. The interior is very clean, though the lighting is way too bright and there isn't a lot of seating. You can order at three kiosks or at the counter, though the drive-thru order was taken by what seemed to be AI, which forgot parts of the combo. Counter staff was friendly, efficient, sweet, and kind, doing an excellent job of managing and being apologetic. Some customers found it sketchy with who appeared to be the owner or manager hanging out or standing in the kitchen staring at workers.

The food was delicious and worth the wait, though experiences vary. The chicken was great and freshly fried, but on another visit the chicken strips were super dry, flat, and not pleasant to eat. A two-piece chicken meal took ten minutes. The biscuit was decent, but the fries were OK, tasting like they had been sitting. They sometimes run out of items like the jalapeños. Parking is horrible. While some find the service wonderful and would give it another try, others state the experience was worse than before and they are not going back, preferring that a human take the order.
