This Dunkin’ absolutely sucks I ordered a small strawberry dragon fruit refresher with extra syrup and I got lemonade with two drops of syrup and I’m severely dissatisfied I’m not coming back
Save your time and money and go to the one in hollis, unless you want your coffee to taste like watered down musk.
I have given this location a few different chances in hopes that maybe its been from a lack of training or them being short staffed. This is not the case. They just lack integrity and customer service. If you try to bring back your horrible coffee back, they'll look at you like you have 4 heads and its your taste buds not their product. Dunkin' is a small restaurant known for its friendly service and fresh, yummy filled donuts. Customers appreciate the staff, especially the older woman and a young lady with curly hair. However, the lack of a bathroom and limited seating options make it less suitable for dining in, especially for those needing comfortable chairs. The drive-thru is decent, making it better for takeout.
