Anne Marie is an amazing instructor and a pleasure. We made pizza from scratch and it was amazing. Highly recommend taking an online or in person class!
My 3 day pastry class in August was amazing! I loved the teaching style of Alyson, along with her helpers, India and Sal plus the really nice group of 10 other students. It was so much fun learning SO many recipes. The setting is beautiful inside and out, and the lunch they provided was a feast all by itself. Worth going!!
A great 4 hour cooking class 11-2 in a super setting, well composed menu, clear and helpful instructor, pleasant fellow classmates, and we ate what we cooked as our lunch after. There are seaside grounds to wander, and both indoor and outdoor spaces. Totally worth the cost.
