Enjoy not having to drive to Lewiston or Gardiner for food. The store is a great addition to Litchfield. Imagine all the money i would of saved on gas had it been built 20 years ago. This town is small hopefully it will stay that way till i leave or die. Gowells offers a smaller selection of Hannaford brand products. They have a very friendly staff. It's a small Hannaford in a middle of nowhere. Very convenient for those that live here. Produce is not as fresh as in regular hannaford and you should really watch the dates in other things but otherwise it's fine

I love this store, and it's employees! They always have everything you don't think they'll have for being such a smaller grocery store, and customer service is always great. The community truly appreciates them.
