We had a great dinning experience at the restaurant thanks to our waiter, Bill. He was friendly, professional and engaging. So much so that we had dinner there twice. Bill helped my wife choose the gigantic 2.5 lb lobster, which she thoroughly enjoyed.Higlights included the pear and goat cheese salad, and the fried Haddock. From the restaurant you can get a good view of the bay. Ambiance is lively and welcoming. A must visit when you are in Lubec 👍👍👍👍

Went there tonight for drinks and maybe eats, we wanted to sit at the bar, seats available but the old man told us no he was saving them for people who wanted to eat. Anyway we are here for the weekend and will not be eating there at all. Inn at the Warf is awesome and you can sit at the bar for drinks and food

Absolutely beautiful spot to stop and eat. We sat outside and watched the water in hopes to see a seal. Right across is a light house in Canada! The food was delicious! I love the blackberry glaze on my duck! I do recommend calling ahead for a reservation, we got there at the perfect time and didn't end up needing one. We didn't stay and the inn so I'm unsure on how those were. Appetizer- blueberry puffins (I believe that what there were called) Husband meal- seared scallops, garlic roasted potatoes and french fries My meal- blackberry glazed duck, garlic roasted potatoes and honey balsamic glazed carrots

We both stayed here and dined here. Make reservations to assure a spot for a memorable meal. We were lucky enough to snag a bar seat - which also can have reservations. We met some new friends and had lobster caught in the bay that morning - the biggest I have ever attempted to eat. Good food, cold drinks, and nice people. We stayed above the restaurant and the space exceeded my expectations. Everything was exactly as described but the added bonus for me was a shared community space that is like your home living /dining room and kitchen all in one. The location was great for us - on the water and close to downtown shops and Saturday farmers market. They are closed tomorrow so we are headed to public house in Macháis ME for dinner. We will come back for a good nights rest at the tavern!! You can’t go wrong with a visit to Lubec and water street tavern has everything you need!!

Best restaurant in Lubec. Great service, great drinks, and if you sit on the patio great views. Make sure you get a reservation in the summer as it's almost impossible to get a walk in table. Must visit if you are in town.

I wish this could be a straight 5-star review, because the location is beautiful and the business is well kept and clean.
We were there this past weekend for our wedding anniversary and were staying in a room of the inn. We left some food in the fridge and went out for the day to tour around and see the sights. When we returned, we found that our food had been cleaned out and presumably thrown away. I called the three available phone numbers to see if maybe they'd just been moved or something like that. Unfortunately all three numbers lead to voice mail, so I left a message asking to be called back. I never received a call back.
Otherwise the staff of the restaurant was excellent, and as I said the location is perfect.

Very disappointed in the amount of food you got for the price. 45.00 steak and my fish dinner was dry. I dont mind paying the price for a good meal but this was a bit much.. Specials weren't told to us. Yes they were on the board on the floor but didn't see them till we were waiting for our dinner. We were looking forward to a nice dinner. Not many options for eating out while we were on vacation.

I had my first-ever lobster here, and it was exquisite. So fresh — it had been caught that very morning! Perfectly prepared and full of flavor, it was a meal I’ll never forget.
The setting is beautiful and relaxed, with a cozy and charming atmosphere that made my time here even more enjoyable. Whether you’re staying the night or just stopping in for a bite, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
