I want to say I just got the best service from Patrick and Bobby at the Machias, Maine location. They was courteous and polite as soon as I walked there the door right to the the time I had to play. Patrick opened the store this morning then had to come in and close the store this evening. Bobby is new an did an great job with making my sandwich.

Hate to be this person but what a joke! Clearly they don't train their new employees well enough. They have two new hires on today and one person who's experienced. Simple sandwiches and directions were hard to be followed. I get being new and not knowing where things are but there needs to be more training and directing.It took so long for one Sandwich to be made. There's a long line so make sure to eat a snack before coming in to get your lunch.

I waited to put this up to see if the company would even try to fix these issues, but alas that's not the case. I order online and for the last 6 orders over the last 3 months, every single order has been wrong. Every one. I leave a tip for every other and ask that the 2 sandwiches I order be labeled. Simple, right? I thought so too. After speaking to the manager, she informed me that special instructions were supposed to be highlighted by employees so that they pay attention. Guess who's receipts aren't highlighted?I tried calling for two days to have this issue resolved however no one answered the phone.

Service at times depends I've had extremely friendly and kind and I've had people who made me feel like a burden so it depends.Got a spicy foot long with ham. Lettuce spinach onions and green peppers toasted on Italian herb and cheese. Added Chipotle and light mayo.Highly reccomend raspberry cookies

Placed an order for a pick up with a coupon. It said the store accepted it. Went all the way across town for my sandwich, just to get a notification that my order had been canceled once I hit the parking lot. I asked why because they had what I ordered right there. They said “No coupons” even though the app said it was accepted. I would have had to reorder in store and pay full price, even though I still had a pending charge from the canceled order on my card. Then they turned off the pick up ordering so they wouldn’t have to accept it lol I went to McDonald’s instead. Probably the cheapest, most penny pinching Subway I’ve ever been to. What a shame.

I used the app to order and when picking up my sandwich it was half wrapped and looked like some literally stepped on it squished with mayo spilling out everywhere. Overall it tasted good but the fact it was barely wrapped and so terribly messy was upsetting.

I went to Subway in Machias ME don't look up the ceiling fans are so dirty. The entire store needs to be cleaned. They also need to train their employees to remove gloves while making change. Don't make food after you just made change with those gloves. Nasty

Our local subway has been struggling to stay adequately staffed, which really detracts from the experience of ordering there. If you have the time & patience, the sandwiches are good and the staff really does try.

As an employee I want people to know and understamd that just because you place a mobile order it doesn't take priority. Subway requires us to wait on our in store customers befor mobiles a silly as it sounds. Some of us are capable of multitasking and getting them done in a timley mannar, however we are a very bussy store, esp at lunch hour. I hope this helps
