We both had delicious clam rolls with homemade chips. Nice draft beer selection and mixed drinks. Try The Anchor. We really appreciated the friendly staff and good service. What a pleasure! Unfortunately, we are leaving, tomorrow morning, or we’d be back again.

I'll be honest... we weren't expecting much when we walked inside. The atmosphere gives local dive bar vibes. There was only one server/bartender who was serving the entire restaurant. She did an amazing job keeping on top of everything. The food was pretty typical bar fare. I ordered a steak bomb (cheesesteak with onions, peppers, and mushrooms). While I asked for no mushrooms, it came with them anyway, but I picked them off because, ewww. My husband enjoyed his meatball sub with fries. Our son ordered a cheeseburger and thought it was "ok." The prices were reasonable. There are a few pool tables in the place, and most of them were in use.
