“I’ve ordered the Reuben at almost every place here between Rumford/Mexico. This is my go to place for it and has been for a while. It’s the best in town and service is exceptional! 10/10 recommend this place and when anyone new in town comes asking for a place to eat, I always tell them Dick’s.”

“Just ate there for the first time in a few years. Was pleasantly surprised. Previously, tables were sticky as were the menus and food was fair. Just ate, very clean, nice menus that were clean. Food was very good, will start eating here again!”

“The Gatches Burger was to die for. Perfect bread, and the meat Supream....There is no smoking in the Beer Garden...I observed a bit of a tiff war about that with several patrons. (some wanting to start a ruckus - to smoke in the wide open air, and others wanting a tobacco free Maine. Here's the rub. Its a bar. Vices are a devilish desire. (no blood sweat or tears about Those Things. Karaoke Night is fantastic. With a song book with Every song one could invite. Besides the smoking issue... Recommend.”

I then showed up and was asked to wait an extra 20 minutes as they haven't even started my order. to get home and see the portions, for the amount of money we paid. never again will I go here. my daughters scallop meal had 4 scallops in it. my husband's seafood platter barely had any seafood in it”

“I never leave reviews, but I have been thinking about the chipper sandwich I had on Saturday nite since then so I figured I needed to do so. It was one of the most well crafted sandwiches I have ever had! That’s a sloppy sandwich but that thing stayed together perfectly, was cooked perfectly, and had the perfect ratio of everything! I’ve been going to Ellis’ for 30+ years and was up visiting my folks and I was so pleasantly surprised. Whoever made that thing deserves a raise!”

“I am a local and frequent this Dunkin 3 or 4 times a week , every time I come in there is one person who always stands out and her name is Jada , she is always training someone new with patience and kindness , running all 4 stations , cleaning, cooking and always working hard !
