“Great Little Restraunt has even been featured in a movie. Waitresses take your order without writing it down. Everyone has a joyful attitude. I go for the Chicken Pie. Love the food. Unfortunately, they have been affected by the Mexico floods.”
“I have only been here once but I gotta say, they do a damn good job. Was in after a little league baseball game so they were busy. Families feeding their little ballers, lots of people, kids. The crew here handled the line and orders with masterful skill, truly kept things moving and were super friendly. Place was pretty clean also and the counter/glass/food was clean and organized. Bathroom was also clean, a good way to tell the quality of the staff at an establishment like this. Great sandwich, they did it as you would expect a sandwich artist to do it, when in the area I will be back.”
“A perfect pit stop if you're traveling or staying near Mexico! We arrived an hour before closing but the staff were warm, welcoming and even brought out our order! Got some lobster rolls with butter and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with an extra thick shake. Everything was solid and the diner theme added a nice touch. Will be back next time”
“Best take out I've ever had. Wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. They even have a small bar off to the side which was even more of a bonus.”
“Best restaurant in town. I drove from Utah to get my annual Lobster Roll and drink a moxie for tradition. Skied Sunday a river and looked up Lobster on the way to Sugarloaf. Pulled in at 3:30 and Tammy kindly greeted me and got me set up with everything! Some of the best hospitality out there. Lobster roll was amazing and was so much lobster! Fries were fresh and delicious as well but it was really the hospitality and kindness from Tammy that made the experience! Look them up on Facebook! Saw multiple locals going in for orders. That’s the place to go. Thanks Tammy! See you next year - CJ”
“owners were super friendly and made us outstanding fried fish sandwiches and amazing onion rings . Located on route 142 just out of Dixfield in Carthage. Check it out!”
“Rooms: The rooms were very clean, modern, cozy, and also has cable t.v and wifiNearby activities: Right in downtown rumford dunkin donuts, Walgreens, restaurants, and little shops all very close by, within walking distanceFood & drinks: Great food and entertainment downstairs in the restaurant part of the hotelNoteworthy details: I am completely grateful for Derrick, the owner, he is a stand up man in this great community”
“Ate here yesterday. Got the special. Tenderloin pepper sandwich. The woman who suggested it said it was "melt in your mouth delicious!" She was right. Only thing that'd make it tastier would be cheese and some additional seasoning. I got the "mother lecture" though for not finishing eating it all ?. Definitely be going back!”
“The Lure is a true gem! The kind of local establishment you hope to happen across while exploring a new town. The server was friendly and efficient, they have a large bar area and a nice beer list with a number of local and craft brews on tap, and the Thai food was excellent!Rumford’s downtown is sleepy but this will be my stop for food and beer after a day of skiing at Black Mountain or hiking in the surrounding area.”
“Very nice, simple diner attached to a convenience store. Good service. Great choices for breakfast (until 11 am), lunch, and dinner. I had the fish sandwich, and my husband had the cheeseburger sub. We both enjoyed the food, both plates came with potato chips. Cocktails were an option that we didn't take advantage of, and desserts were also available, but we didn't partake.”
“Great place for lunch. The pizza a coworker got, looked delicious, I had an Italian sausage sub, the sausage was cut up into pieces and I was expecting a full sausage but it was tasty. There were interviews going on in the dining room and that didn't seem appropriate, It felt a bit awkward so I took a star off.”
“Although they took butter pecan off the menu the staff there are wonderful. Always friendly and very nice. Pet friendly as well. My Bella ? girl always gets her cookie bone from them. Ty Ladies.”
“Love my local McDonald's. But. This store...I rarely go in, but when I do it has seemed a bit grungy. One day the sun was shining in and it highlighted that the counter and everything around it needed a good cleaning, especially the kiosks where you slide your card through. If I owned this store, I would give it a thorough cleaning. Other than that, the good is hood. EXCEPT: THEY REALLY SKIMP ON THE FRIES. But I find that at every McDonald's. You order a large, and it is only half full. Shame on you McDonald's.”
“Dunking is always great but service can be slow sometimes.Parking: There always very busy so can be tough but usually find a spotWheelchair accessibility: Not sure how good but available as far as I know”
“We just went for the first time last week, and we enjoyed it. It wasn't super busy for lunch so the food ordering and cooking was fast and the ladies were friendly. We wanted munchies so we got bang bang shrimp, fried Mac and cheese bites and cheese curds. Everything was great, just could a used some marinara or sauce for the Mac and chee. I'm sure we will be back.”
