Amber is the worst manager I have ever seen action. Rude is an understatement. Staff hate her and the word around town is the same. Got my order wrong, blamed me, refused to fix it and insulted me!
Order the same thing every morning. Large iced coffee with pumpkin, almond milk, and liquid sugar, milo dunkin never fails to serve burnt coffee or get the orders completely wrong. When you bring it back the service is just ridiculous,ignorant, and unacceptable for customer service. Coming from someone with three years of customer service it’s outrageous that I have to fight with them to make a simple coffee right. Just had a dozen donuts, bought yesterday ate a jelly and there was a huge long black hair in the middle of it!
