I went to Fong Seng, in the little town of Milo Maine during our world PanDEMic of the L.A.M.E. Flu, and had to order for take out only. The food and service was very Good (they even brought my food out to my car). Their menu is Extensive and I sampled a lot of the appetizers along with my favorite, Moo Goo Gui Pan. Pretty amazing place. Some of the traditional American-Chinese foods here, and their sauces are really amazing. I had General Tso's - their version of it is quite different from what I'm used to - their take is a little less focused on sweet and more on savory. I really enjoyed it! I hope they stick around, as there aren't a ton of dining options out here in rural Piscataquis. The service was also pretty good. Try it out. I hope you're as pleasantly surprised as I was.

First time going there. They were very nice. Read my slip before making me pay to make sure I got everything.Food was great. Fiance loved it and he's picky on his chinese food but Loved it here
