“Food is great. Service always great. Ambiance is good. Outside deck is great looks out over the lake. Only one little complaint, but it won't stop me from going back. On a Saturday we all went to go there, party of about 8. Walked in at 2 and told us the place is closed. What, no reason, they just said to us we just decided to close. I guess things must be going pretty good if you just out of the blue decide to closed a 2 on a Saturday afternoon“
“Great service. Ordered online and they were here in under a half hour. I got a medium pizza and some lava cakes to be fair, but they were prompt and when I went to grab a slice it was still too hot to touch. “Excellent sauna! We went today with a big group and had a great time- the staff is so accommodating. Really clean, with a cozy lounge. Welcoming and totally non-creepy. Plus, they have new Kuuma stoves! That’s like the Ferrari of sauna stoves! Good heat and steam from em. The water taps in the sauna are a great touch too. 10/10“
“This is exactly what you would hope for in a market like this. You have the sassy chef, and the regulars coming in and out. There is limited bar seats, but those look like they are there while you wait for your food. I think it would be awkward if you sat down to eat there. We got a Rubin, ultimate grilled cheese, jalapeño poppers, broccoli poppers and a piece of cake. All of them were good, and while the grilled cheese was unique (bacon, cheese, cheese sticks, and sweet chili sauce) all of the fried food that we ordered got a bit too heavy. I hope to be able to try a couple other items, especially the pizza.“
“Several times a week I drive past 3 other pizza places to get takeout from Yianni's HOP - partly because Yianni's food is delicious, but mostly because of their really solid customer service - these folks could give a master class in restaurant operations. When you call, you talk to an absolute professional order taker - easy to understand, no background noise, always asks the important questions, repeats your order back to you, gives you a time it will be ready, does it the same way every time. When you go to pick up, you usually get no waiting, the young lady who normally works the register weekdays around lunch is always friendly and fast, food is always ready when the order taker said it will be. Best part and the highest indicator of the operational excellence - the food comes out the same every time we order. As a somewhat boring person, I have an almost identical order every time - and I am thrilled that whenever I open that pizza box, its the exact same pie- great, crispy Greek-style crust, same generous amount of tasty and evenly-distributed toppings, perfectly "well-done" as requested. The Greek salad is also a precision product - always fresh iceberg lettuce, perfect amount of other veggies, feta and olives. Keep up the great work!“
“Great experience. Went in for a birthday party for my 14 year old, you know a little nostalgia. Service was impeccable. Food was hot and fresh and timely. We were a party of 14 and they handled us very well. Salad bar was basic and met the needs. No arcade or buffet, but the children enjoyed the claw machine and basic 50 cent doodads. “So I do love Amatos.. grew up down the street from the india street location.. but it sucks when you get something labeled a Caesar salad, and it has raw onion, black olive, and no crouton. Not what a Caesar is/should be. Not a mistake either, ordered 2 and they came the same.“
