Great food and good service. My husband enjoyed a Flaming buffalo chicken sandwich with a Caesar salad. I had a Caesar salad and caprese sandwich with the most delicious balsamic vinegar.
Whatever you’re paying Thando it isn’t enough
The live music helped make for a wonderful atmosphere, Elle behind the bar was fantastic, the meatballs were delicious, and the peach, goat cheese & balsamic pizza was possibly the best pizza I have ever had. I enjoyed every moment of my experience at Brickyard Hollow: highly recommend!

Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company offers solid beer, with the Mexican Lager highly recommended. The BH Burger is delicious, and the maple harvest salad is outta this world. The pretzel sticks with beer cheese are delish, and the specialty pizzas are ridiculously creative and sooo good! The blueberry pizza has also been mentioned as a unique option. The fries are excellent, although some chairs can be uncomfortable. The Skowhegan location has knowledgeable and friendly staff, providing efficient service even near closing time. The atmosphere is great for families, with kid-sized pizzas and coloring materials to keep children entertained. A clean, welcoming spot with delicious food and efficient staff, Brickyard Hollow is expanding rapidly, maintaining its chill Maine vibe and excellent service. The restaurant features a variety of craft beers and offers a great selection of pub fare, making it a perfect place for gatherings, even with large parties.
