As far as a convenient place to park for the Marginal Way it's a 10 out of 10. The prices are inflated tourist prices for roadside stand presentation of your usual seafood. Tasty if uninspired. We had the seafood chowder, crab cakes and lobster roll (crab cakes for the win).

If you want a convenient location right near Marginal Way in Perkins cove this is a good spot for that. It has a nice view of the water and good atmosphere. However if you’re looking to get a nice meaty lobster roll this is not the place for you. Ate here last summer for our first visit to Maine and our table got lobster rolls, asked for them to be warm.. the little bit of lobster meat was on the cold side and the bread was like thin white wonder bread.
