Unfriendly and downright hostile staff. To start, almost every order in our party was incorrect in some way which we were willing to look past until an order of fries came out with what looked like a hair in it. We simply asked for a new order of fries, and the woman on the fryolator came out seconds later carrying the old fries and stating that it was "Only plastic from the packaging".
